There is very strong evidence that schools that are successfully transforming education have a strong and well-articulated vision driving innovation (and the adoption of new technologies). It strongly suggest that the most effective way leaders can develop this buy is in the use of distributed leadership.
Innovation Challenge
The challenge is to come up with a problem statement face in school’s routine/task and propose ideal solution to that problem. During the online presentations, teachers are able to see their colleague’s ways of interpreting problems into solutions by using the technology. The skillset and knowledge are needed to be put into application to act as a measure on their understanding

Inspire - The use of Microsoft Form to design Digital School's Daily Logbook
Take a closer look on our previous Innovation Challenge winner by Cikgu Hj Fairul and Cikgu Shamsul from SR Lambak Kanan, Jln 49. They introduce Digital Daily Logbook to replace their existing one at school. They even extended to create a onepage template for easy printing to pdf and connect their data by using excel formula.
