On 2 December 2024, the EdTech Centre, in collaboration with the ICT Department and with the support of SEPaDU, successfully hosted a workshop focused on the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Digital Transformation Plan of the Ministry of Education. Held at the New MOE Building Hall, this workshop convened the heads of relevant departments, fostering an environment of collaborative discussion aimed at aligning departmental objectives with the overarching goals of digital transformation within the education sector.

The primary objective of the workshop was to establish clear, measurable KPIs that will guide the implementation and evaluation of the Digital Transformation Plan. Participants engaged in comprehensive discussions that not only outlined the significance of these indicators but also explored innovative strategies for effective monitoring and assessment. The outcomes of this workshop are expected to enhance the Ministry’s capacity to leverage technology in education
